This policy applies to digital purchases made for E-Commerce Tools, including usage-based access or subscriptions.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If your purchase has not been used, you will receive a full refund. If only a small portion has been consumed, a partial refund will be issued. After substantial use, the purchase is non-refundable.
After the 14-day window closes, purchases are final and non-refundable.

- We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days

Please contact support before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or policy abuse may result in suspension of service.
