What the FAQ generator does
The FAQ generator takes a short brief — product facts, common buyer concerns, shipping policy, return policy, warranty — and produces a buyer-ready FAQ block. The output is a list of 6-10 question-and-answer pairs, ranked from most common to most specific, in your store's voice.
The block is designed to live directly under the bullet list on a product page. It uses structured headings, supports schema markup, and reads like your store's own help center rather than a third-party add-on.
How to use it well
Feed the generator with your actual store policies, not generic ones. A 14-day return window is not the same as a 30-day window. The more specific the inputs, the more useful the FAQ.
Review the output for overpromising. Buyers will quote the FAQ back to your support team later. Honesty in the FAQ reduces downstream support load.
